Nominate a Sports Humanitarian

Send us your nomination for a humanitarian athlete or sports organization in your community whose efforts have enriched the lives of others and represent “All that is good in sport.”

How to nominate: Describe what makes your humanitarian athlete or organization exceptional in 250 words or less.  You may send news clippings or other supporting material, but they can’t be returned. 

The nomination must include:
1.) Athlete or Organization’s name, daytime phone number, website and email address;
2.) Your name, phone number and email address;
3.) Your address, city, state and ZIP code.
